C. Lloyd Mahaffey

Mr. Mahaffey is a well-known figure in the technology sector, an experienced senior executive with nearly three decades of success in sales, marketing and operations with major technology companies including Honeywell, Apple Computer, VeriFone and Hewlett-Packard. Mr. Mahaffey, a managing partner of Carloma Group, a private technology holding company, was Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer at VeriFone, where he oversaw Internet commerce initiatives and led the team that negotiated a $1.3 billion acquisition of VeriFone by Hewlett-Packard. Mr. Mahaffey was also a founder of First Patriot Bancshares, Northern Virginia's highly successful regional banking operation. During his tenure at Apple, Mr. Mahaffey grew the company's education business unit from $300 million to $1.3 billion and steered development of Apple's highly regarded Education and Federal Government business segments worldwide.

Richard Dyer

Mr. Dyer was recently named Vice President of Americas Sales for SanDisk Corporation, (Nasdaq: SNDK), the world's largest supplier of flash memory data storage card products, where he oversees OEM and retail channels in the Americas. He joined SanDisk in 1998 and established the company's worldwide retail channel, growing revenues to $1.6 billion in that channel. Mr. Dyer has also held executive positions in sales and marketing for Adobe Systems and for Eastman Kodak, where he served as Vice President of the Digital & Applied Imaging Division and provided leadership in revitalizing the performance of its U.S. sales organization. Mr. Dyer also has experience at Apple Computer and Hewlett-Packard.

Dave McGinn

Mr. McGinn brings to the Sento Board of Directors 20 years of experience in executive financial management roles in both public accounting and private industry. He is Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Agilix Labs, a worldwide leader in mobile learning solutions for education markets, where he is responsible for directing the Company's operational and financial strategy and has successfully procured strategic capital investments and partnerships for the Company. Prior to joining Agilix, Mr. McGinn was Chief Financial Officer and Vice President of Operations for MyFamily.com. At MyFamily.com, Mr. McGinn assisted in raising more than $75 million in capital from major private investors and led the building of the internal infrastructure that supported quadrupled growth in annual revenues to over $10 million in one year. Mr. McGinn has also served as Vice President of Finance for OpenMarket, Director of Financial Planning for Novell, and Controller of SoftSolutions Technology Corporation. Mr. McGinn began his career as an audit manager in the technology practice of KPMG, where he directed the audit engagements of a variety of entities, both public and private. He is a CPA and a member of both the American Institute of CPAs and the Utah Association of CPAs. Mr. McGinn holds a Master of Accountancy degree from Brigham Young University.

Eric Olafson

Mr. Olafson is President and Chief Executive Officer of Tomax Corporation, which provides web-based software solutions that support retail at corporate, in the store, and at customer points of contact. Mr. Olafson is focused on the ongoing development of the business and direction of the retail-in-real-time vision. Mr. Olafson has an extensive background in systems development, marketing and sales organizations in the retail market. He is a leading proponent of the thin-client revolution in retail and has been extensively quoted in industry and trade journals.

Phillip J. Windley, Ph.D.

Dr. Windley is a nationally recognized expert in using information technology to add value. Dr. Windley regularly consults with businesses on interoperability, web services, XML, digital identity, system architecture and technology organization. Dr. Windley most recently served as Chief Information Officer in the Office of the Governor for the State of Utah. Prior to his tenure with the State, Dr. Windley was Vice President of Product Development and Operations at Excite@Home, an early provider of broadband Internet services. He was also CTO for iMALL.com, where he led a large multidisciplinary team of engineers, system administrators and product managers in creating large-scale e-commerce services. Dr. Windley is also a former Professor of Computer Science at Brigham Young University.

Thomas T. Rooney

Mr. Rooney has over 20 years of technology investment banking experience with the last three at The Chesapeake Group. Over this period he has had significant responsibilities with respect to equity trading, research and corporate finance. Mr. Rooney helped build one of the largest and most profitable software services practice on Wall Street first as an analyst and then as an investment banker. During this time he helped complete nearly 30 capital raising projects raising more than $2.5 billion and completed over $3 billion in M&A transactions. Mr. Rooney purchased 400 units of securities from us in December 2006 for an aggregate of $400,000 ($1,000 per unit), with each unit consisting of one share of our Series B Preferred Stock and one warrant to purchase 300 shares of our common stock, and the Chesapeake Group purchased an additional 100 units of securities in that same offering for an aggregate of $100,000. Additionally, the Chesapeake Group loaned us $249, 167 in August 2007, for which we issued a promissory note. .

Dan McReynolds

Mr. McReynolds is the Chief Strategy Officer and a Principal of July, a financial services company. Mr. McReynolds is also an investment committee member of London-based Plutus Capital Management, LLP. Its most recent fund (Transeo - $500M) deploys hybrid, multi-industry global investment strategies that are at the intersection of Hedge Fund and Private Equity investing. He is also a director and partner of Velocity Advisors, Inc. a buyout advisory and investment firm. Mr. McReynolds is managing director of DGC Holdings, LLC a holding company and private investment and consulting firm which he founded advising senior management and directors of global companies in North America and Europe through all stages of acquisition and value-creation. Plutus Capital purchased 1000 units of securities from us in December 2006 for an aggregate of $1.0 million ($1,000 per unit), with each unit consisting of one share of our Series B Preferred Stock and one warrant to purchase 300 shares of our common stock, and purchased 16,667 shares of our Series C Preferred Stock for an aggregate of $16,667 ($1 per share) and loaned us $51,667 in August 2007, for which we issued a promissory note. .
