Sento Corporation Secures Customer Support Contract with $6M in Estimated Annual Revenue

AMERICAN FORK, Utah - October 28, 2003 -Sento Corporation (Nasdaq: SNTO - news) has signed a 12-month customer support contract with a leading Internet retailer that Sento estimates will generate $6M in annual revenue.

This retailer, whose name we are required to keep confidential, will utilize Sento's Customer Contact Center in American Fork, UT to provide inbound customer support and sales. The 12-month contract with expected revenues of approximately $6 million gives Sento the opportunity to handle approximately 200,000 calls per month.
