Sento Shareholders Elect Phillip J. Windley To Board

Former CIO for State of Utah Adds Technical Depth to Sento Board

AMERICAN FORK, Utah - November 10, 2003 -Sento Corporation, the leading provider of integrated, multi-channel customer support, is proud to announce that Phillip J. Windley has agreed to join the company's board of directors.

Phillip J. Windley is a nationally recognized expert in using information technology (IT) to add value to the business. Dr. Windley regularly consults with businesses on interoperability, Web services, XML, digital identity, system architecture, and technology organization. Windley most recently served as Chief Information Officer in the Office of the Governor for the State of Utah where he was responsible for vision, strategy, direction, guidelines, policies, planning, coordination and oversight of IT for the executive branch agencies statewide. Prior to his appointment as State CIO, Dr. Windley was Vice President of Product Development and Operations at Excite@Home, an early provider of broadband Internet services and CTO for iMALL.com where he led a large multidisciplinary team of engineers, system administrators and product managers in creating large-scale eCommernce services for tens of thousands of small and medium sized businesses. Windley is also a former Professor of Computer Science at Brigham Young University where he conducted research in large scale, enterprise networked applications and formal methods of hardware design.
