Sento SiteManagerSM

Our back-end content management and reporting solution, SiteManager, gives you direct administrative and editorial control over your Support Portal content, in addition to advanced reporting features for analysis and review.

SiteManager is a web-based application accessible anytime from the Client Login feature on the Sento home page.

All data captured from the phone systems, Recite, Assist, the Customer ServicePortal, and other sources are stored in a centralized repository. From this repository, or "datamart," we can generate an almost unlimited variety of reports for any interval needed. Reports are provided via the web, email or FTP.
